Eligibility — U.S. residents, 18+. Void where prohibited.

No Purchase Necessary — A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

Earning — Players may earn tickets through gameplay/app participation and optional ad viewing. A free, equal alternative is available by mail (see “Mail-in Entry”).

Entry Limits — For each prize (daily, weekly, or grand), there is a maximum of 5 tickets per player, per season. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each prize.

Drawing Cadence — Daily, weekly, and grand/seasonal drawings. Winners are selected at random from eligible entries.

Winner Notification & Response — Winners are notified using the contact on file. A winner must respond within 14 days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize Delivery — Prizes will be fulfilled within 30 days after winner verification, unless otherwise stated for a specific prize.

Taxes — Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt or use. Form 1099 may be issued for prizes with value ≥ $600.

Anti-Fraud — Raffealm may disqualify entries or accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, automated participation (bots/scripts), multiple accounts, or violations of these Rules or the Terms of Service.

Mail-in Entry (No Purchase Necessary) — Handwrite your full name, mailing address, email, and the phrase “Raffealm LLC Sweepstakes Entry” on a 3×5 card. Place it in a #10 envelope and mail to the Business & Mail-in Entry Address listed below. One entry per envelope. Must be postmarked during the applicable entry period and received within 7 days. Illegible, incomplete, bulk, or automated entries are void.

Governing Law — Minnesota, USA.

By participating, you agree to be bound by these Rules and the Terms of Service. Raffealm reserves the right to interpret these Rules and to cancel, suspend, or modify any drawing for fairness or technical reasons.

• No sale of personal data.
• What we collect — basic account info (e.g., email), gameplay/entry events, device/technical signals, limited cookie/analytics data, ad engagement if you opt in.
• How we use it — operate the service and drawings, verify eligibility, notify winners, send essential updates (and occasional promotions with opt-out), enforce Terms, and meet compliance (including tax reporting when applicable).
• Sharing — with service providers (e.g., infra/analytics) under contract, for legal compliance, or if required by law. No data brokering.
• Retention — we keep account/gameplay records only as long as needed to run the service and meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymize. Winner/prize records may be retained for compliance.
• Your choices — access/correction requests and deletion requests are honored; email contact@raffealm.com or Contact.raffealm@gmail.com from the address tied to your account.
• Age — 18+ only. U.S. service.
• Security — reasonable safeguards are used, but no system is 100% secure.
• Updates — we’ll update the effective date when this policy changes.

• Acceptance — by accessing or using Raffealm, you agree to these Terms and the Rules.
• Eligibility & Accounts — 18+ U.S. residents; one account per person; keep your info accurate; use the service lawfully.
• Sweepstakes Participation — no purchase necessary; free mail-in entry available; entry limits and odds as stated in the Rules.
• Prohibited Conduct — no cheating, bots, scripts, automation, multi-accounting, or abuse.
• Prizes & Taxes — winners may need to verify identity/eligibility; prizes ≤ $599 are typical; winner responsible for taxes; prizes fulfilled within 30 days after verification unless otherwise stated.
• IP — Raffealm content is owned/licensed; your rights are limited to personal, lawful use.
• “As Is” & Limitation — service provided as is; liability limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• Changes/Termination — we may update Terms; continued use means acceptance; we may suspend/terminate for violations.
• Governing Law/Forum — Minnesota law; venue as applicable in Minnesota.
